| Rum Sauce | ||

1 1/4 c icing sugar
6 tbs butter
1 large egg beaten
1/4 c rum, brandy
or apple juice.

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients. Cook on low stirring constantly about 3 minutes.
Serve hot on Raisin Bread Pudding
