Penne Bean& Tomato Sauce
Ingredients Putting it together

1 tbs	olive oil
1	med onion,chopped
1	clove garlic
1/2c	chopped green pepper
1 can	Italian stewed tomatoes
1 tsp	dried oregano
1/4 tsp	black pepper
2 c	penne pasta
1can	kidney beans
1/3 c	Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper. Stir in tomatoes, oregano and pepper. Bring to boil, simmer 10 min. Cook penne and drain. Stir kidney beans and Parmesan cheese into sauce. Heat through. Serve over penne pasta.
