Peach Cobbler
Ingredients Putting it together

FILLING
2cans	14 oz sliced peaches
1/2c	sugar
2tbs	flour
1tbs	lemon juice
1/2tsp	vanilla
1/4tsp	almond extract
1/2tsp	cinnamon
1/4tsp	salt
2tbs	butter
BATTER
1/2c	flour
1/2c	sugar
1/2tsp	baking powder
1/4tsp	salt
2tbs	butter
1	egg slightly beaten
	light cream
 or	vanilla ice cream

Make filling in medium bowl, combine filling with 1/4 c water.

Turn into 8 by 8- inch baking dish. Dot with 2 tbs butter

Preheat oven to 375o

Make batter and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop by spoon into 9 portions over filling. (batter will spread during baking)

Bake 34 to 40 min. Serve warm with ice cream.
