Regis and Kelly live from Confederation Landing Park in Prince Edward Island and viewed from our tv at home. Sorry about the poor quality of shots in this one. They were great, the show was great, the food, view, and hospitality were great!
Everyone is watching! Regis and Kelly Live in Charlottetown even from the rooftops
Kelly in her chaps, ready to ride
Kelly rides for the first time ever on a beach ride
Part of the story today was to cover parts of Prince Edward Island and the Confederation Bridge was part of it
Then we had our Island’s Chef Ted Grant bring out some fried oyster sandwich “Po Boy” sandwich, Clam linguine, and a muscle shooter
Regis, “Smells Fishy
Kelly, “you didn’t get the muscle, its still in there
Regis, “it is going to stay in there”
Then Stephen Moyer is out “True Blood” to talk about himself
Then Regis starts his big hunting expedition for Prince Edward Island: Potatoes, Lobster, Oysters, and Muscles – Come on and see
Out to Jewels farm and Regis has a pitch fork and digs his own potatoes and seems to be surprised by them, his second dig gets nothing. He didn’t dig deep enough
Regis walks through the potato field with a potato sack on his back after a hard day at work
In this shot Regis is shown how we used to dig oysters way back when. This is a two handled rake device that picks the oysters off the bottom
You can see that the rake has captured grass, silt, and yes oysters also
Onto farming for muscles, “amazing”, says Regis
Melanie Fiona sings “Bang Bang” and does a fantastic job.
I can’t imagine my FFF on Friday it will only be about Regis and Kelly.
This has been a fantastic boost to the awareness of Prince Edward Island and everyone has the tourism department of PEI to thank for the great job they did in managing to obtain Regis and Kelly to Canada, or better yet to little Prince Edward Island. Were big now… Thank you to all. Everyone did a marvelous job and it was great entertainment for Regis to go hunting for potatoes and fishing for the catch
xo,
cindy
