The Newest of the Royals will be visiting Canada and plan to be in P.E.I. during the first week of July. The Department of Tourism has asked around for specials and events during the Royal visit. Here are some of the special events being offered on the Tourism Website.
Grandma wants to celebrate, so lets do tea.
The special Event will be a Royal-Tea
After CBC called and asked, “What kind of day would it be at Grandma’s if the Royals came to Grandma’s for Tea.”
It was then that I started to polish the silver and take out my best linens (I’m sewing daily to get the white table cloths, Royal Blue toppers and Royal Red place mats done)
So although, extremely exhausted from excitement the Royal visit and Tea will continue with our guests gathering at Grandma’s Afternoon Tea Room in celebration of the Royal Visit by taking a Royal Tea the duration of July 1st to July 9th.
